The Clean Food 100 Eat Local Challenge is to eat great locally produced food for one week. Can you do it? 19th to 25th January 2008. Choose from 1, 2 or 3 meals a day.
The launch will be at Cowra Bowling Club, 16th January at 7pm.

Riverside markets will be getting loads of local fruit and veg in for January. It's always top quality with great service. Just ask for the local food. Find it on Taragala St, just past the pool.
